Hello, Lloyd Road School families! My name is Jessica Trischitta, and I am your child's 4th grade in-class resource ELA teacher. I am excited to be teaching your child this year! I have a passion for teaching, and strive to help the students I work with develop a love of learning that will last a lifetime. I believe that a connection between school and home is vital to meaningful learning, and would love to hear from you should you have any questions, comments, or concerns! I attended MARSD from kindergarten all the way through high school (Go Huskies!), and then attended Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania, earning a BS in Elementary Education/Special Education and a minor in Psychology. I completed my Master's as a Reading Practitioner through Rowan University this summer, and am excited to use what I have learned in the classroom. I truly enjoy watching my students learn and begin to understand new concepts. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, and volunteering as an EMT and Cadet program instructor with my local first aid squad. I cannot wait to get to know your child and watch his/her growth and learning this year!
